How access the program faster?

You can show FTE by clicking its tray icon, but there is a better way to do this. You can set a Global Hotkey –a key combination to bring FTE to top, even it is not visible. For example, you can bring FTE to top by pressing CTRL+ALT+A.

You can change the Global Hotkey from Settings window. On the Main Menu , click Settings and then click Global Hotkey tab.

How to add shortcuts?

Drag and drop a file or folder over FTE's title. If Quick Add feature is disabled, Add Quick Shortcut window will appear. Make the changes you want and click OK. If Quick Add feature is enabled, dragging and dropping is enough to create shorcuts.

You can also use New Shortcut window. From the Main Menu , click New Shortcut .

How to open a shorcut?

Press the Global Hotkey you defined. Default Global Hotkey is Windows Key + Z. Type the name of the shortcut you want and press Enter. Generally, typing only the first three letters is enough.

How to change the Global Hotkey?

1. From the Main Menu , click Settings.
2. Click Global Hotkey tab.
3. Follow the instructions on the window.

How to quickly hide FTE?

Press ESC key to hide FTE.

How can I obtain a license key?

YS Faster Than Ever is FREE for personal, non-commercial use. However, YS Faster Than Ever must be purchased if it is to be used in commercial endeavors. After the purchase, your license key will be sent to the email address you provided. Click to open the purchase page.
